Cabreo Il Borgo Ruffino - 1986 (750ml)

Brick edges with a red center. Spice, earth and dried fruits on the nose. The wine needs to breath for 30-45 minutes and then it opens up into a wonderfully delicate wine with notes of graphite, earth, spice, and dried cherries. This would pair well with Morbier cheese, aged Parmesan, or Foie gras.
