The Desert Wind Cabernet is carefully crafted from the best lots of wine from each vintage, all sourced from Desert Wind Vineyard. This wine features the best of our Cabernet Sauvignon to provide extra depth of character and complexity. The resulting wine is bold and elegantly structured with notes of vanilla, caramel, black cherry, black currant, and nutmeg and spices.
