Dom du Cros Marcillac Lo Sang del Pais - 2023 (750ml)

made from 100% Mansois or Fer Servadou averaging 25 yars old.  The grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks. This is both intense and relatively light in body, making a great option for food pairings of all kinds.

Winemaker's Notes:

Red color with purple reflections.
Fresh nose of red fruits and spices dominated by blackcurrant and pepper.
Frank attack with the same notes of spices and red fruits, with a liquorice and sometimes minty finish.
Lo Sang del Païs is a frank and distinctive Marcillac where the “Mansois” grape variety shows its easy-drinking side.
This wine should be enjoyed young and served at a temperature of 14°.
