Domaine des Pothiers La Colline en Flamme - 2021 (750ml)

Made from the Gamay clone locally called Saint Romain, grown on vines aged between 30-70 years old with roots in in granitic sands.  Vines are grown organically and grapes are hand harvested.  The wine is made with a selection of 1/3 whole clusters macerated for 12 days with the skins, followed by aging for 10 months in concrete tank.
