Doussot Rollet is a small Burgundy estate which is making fantastic expressions of Pinot Noir. Their Beaune Les Blanches Fleurs offers aromas of ripe bramble fruits, with hints of violet and orange zest. Supple and poised with juicy red fruits in the mid-palate and well-managed tannins; this is hugely enjoyable now and will continue to improve
