Appearance: Bright deep gold with a tawny centre. Nose: Lovely and sweet. Fudge, fruit compote and glacier morello cherries. Fabulous complexity. Palate: Remarkable flavours of stewed fruits and all-spice. Aged oloroso and toasted walnut bread combined with chocolate orange. Finish: Tremendously complex and long.
