Holi Pet-Nat Vin de France - 2023 (750ml)

100% Merlot from  25 year old vines. Completely naturally fermented, put into the bottle prior to the finish of fermentation.  Unusually for Petillant Naturel, this undergoes disgorgement to remove the yeast sediment from the bottle.  

Winemaker's Note:

Beautiful raspberry pink color with a nice liveliness. The nose is very expressive with aromas of small red and black berries (raspberries, redcurrants, cranberries, blueberries and blackcurrants) with a touch of fresh bread crumbs. The palate is fresh, very sparkling on the attack with a slight sweetness and notes of small red fruits that persist for a very long time.
