Idaho Gin! Every ingredient in this gin is locally sourced in Idaho.  Horizon uses local potatoes, nine organic botanicals including the Lupine Flower, a species native to the Teton Mountains of Idaho. The resulting spirit is very floral, and citrus driven, with a soft, smooth finish.
