of tea, coffee and roasted / smoked flavors. In the mouth, it is structured, complex and silky smooth, with a long finish. It is a dinner or after-dinner wine that should be allowed to evolve in your glass.

The 2019 TM is 100% Tinta del País from a 96-year-old vineyard in Ribera del Duero, planted on limestone with gravel and sand. Ripe yet elegant black fruit leads on the nose, joined by a touch of jam, herbs, black olive and refined oak. The palate is concentrated, with a hint of chalk and precise fruit. It is intense and fresh, with broad but fine tannins. Medium-bodied, compact and expressive, this is a wine shaped by limestone soils. - Joaquin Hidalgo
